The Chakra House philosophy embraces holistic natural healing. This is Naturopathy. Our clients have many different needs and our approach is to provide individually designed packages of healing. We all have different preferences
to the method of treatment we choose. Some find communication is best for them through coaching and counselling. Others prefer a more physical therapy such as yoga and breathing techniques and there are those who prefer to receive their healing through
massage and energy therapy (Reiki). At the Chakra House we aim to provide the foundation for achieving optimum health and wellbeing and encourage and support our clients through their personal journey. This journey can incorporate many different modalities

EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHINIQUE £60 first consultation £50 subsequent
EFT is an Energy Psychology technique using acupressure on certain meridian lines in the body (no needles involved). EFT works via the bodys energy system by balancing and eliminating the energy disruption of emotions that are the root cause of phobias,
addiction, emotional and physical pain and trauma. The format is as a coaching session; using deep listening techniques we use your own language to create psychological bridges to reach to the very core of your pain. Using the EFT technique we work over
the period of two sessions (although many clients choose to continue to work on further issues). There is usually a quick response to this healing modality and can bring relief from emotional pain that has been with you for years.
HOLISTIC LIFE COACHING £50 1hr 15mins
Instead of meeting life in bumps and starts, hitting blocks and struggling, you can begin to meet life in a more flowing way. Your health can improve, your thinking may become more positive, your feelings more balanced and you resonate more
deeply with your personal purpose in life. In other words you live your life with direction, purpose and balance. These changes work in line with The Law of Attraction and pieces of your life, relationships, work, health, career etc can begin to fall into
place naturally. This therapy can include Emotional Freedom Technique, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Aura & Chakra Analysis, Yoga Therapy, Naturopathy and Energy Medicine.

Chakra House Yoga therapy is based upon soft, flowing movements, controlled breathing and visualization. It is a potent means of stress relief and works on both the body and the mind, rejuvenating the soul, strengthening core stability and building a
heightened feeling of positivity and empowerment. The key principles are around energy flow, detoxification of the body, achieving a flow with life, spinal health and deep inner transformation to a state of balance through an integrated holistic approach.
Working with a Yoga Therapist who is also a Holistic Life Coach can create powerful results. Specialist areas: Anxiety, Back pain, Depression, Pre Conception, Pre Natal, Post Natal, Stress, Weight loss.
NATUROPATHIC AURA PHOTOGRAPHY AND CHAKRA ANALYSIS
